It seems relevant, and is certainly resonant, so I share it here as an affirmation, encouragement, and reminder&#8211;for myself and for anyone else it might benefit:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">The art of the Diary rests in a unique way of addressing Time itself, by holding on to a particular instant, suspending it briefly in the light of the mind, underlining it, and throwing it back into the stream. In the process it acquires a special meaning, a kind of salvation from the universal drowning that sweeps our acts and thoughts&#8211;and everything we have ever loved&#8211;into the gray horrors of entropy.<\/p>\n<p>From\u00a0<em>Forbidden Science 2: California Hermetica.
